2017 Highlights: the year in Miss Asian Global & Miss Asian America

Dec 29, 2017

As 2017 comes to a close, we want to express our  gratitude to our family, friends, and supporters of Miss Asian Global and Miss Asian America pageant. For over 30 years, we have been dedicated to support the development of young Asian-American women to reach their fullest potential, become accomplished leaders and to make an impact on their community. We are indeed blessed to be surrounded with intelligent, compassionate and talented volunteers to help us achieve our goals.
Thanks to your generous contributions and encouragement, we are active in the community, collaborating with organizations such as Lions Clubs, Asian Heritage Foundation, APA Family Support Services, Asian Liver Center at Stanford University, Chinese Hospital Auxillary, San Francisco Filipino American Chamber of Commerce and Jade Fashion Week, to name just a few.

Our Imagine Talks event is going on its fourth year, January 20, 2018. Steadfastly coordinated by our delegates with Edge Interns, we strive to think outside the box. For 2018, we will continue its tradition with another slate of phoenomenal speakers.  Lead by Crystal Lee (2016 Best in Ethnic Attire titleholder), we are proudly collaborating with the Silicon Valley Innovation and Entrepreneur Forum utilizing their extensive space and resources. We can’t wait for you to experience a “shift” from attending this year.  January 1st is the deadline for the 50% discount.

If you are not able to attend Imagine Talks, please consider a year-end contribution to Asian America Foundation — a 501(c)3 non-profit — to help us continue our good work.

From all of us at the Asian America Foundation, here’s wishing you a healthy and happy new year.
